本日2015年3月5日、株式会社INSTを設立させていただきました。

サラリーマン生活9年11ヶ月を経て起業家になりました。

INSTは2014年初に海外のとあるパートナー企業とのビジネスがきっかけで立ち上げることになりました。
今まで日本語しか話せず、国内のみでしかビジネスをやって来なかった自分にとって、海外のスタートアップと進めていくビジネスの経験はエキサイティングでスピード感に溢れていました。
そして、いつの間にか英語もできるようになってしまいました。

世の中にはいろいろなビジネスがありますが、自分が起業するなら絶対BtoBのビジネスでやりたいとずっと思っていました。もちろんBtoBの後ろにはtoCが隠れているので、消費者のことを意識しないというわけではないのですが。
世の中の流行り廃りに左右されず、お客様の声を聞き、磨きこんでいけばいった分だけ輝くプロダクトを作りたい。

INSTのコアコンピタンスは
・既得権益を壊して新しい価値を生み出すこと
・インターネットをもっと便利に生活インフラに活用すること
・グローバル人材と日本発グローバルのBtoBビジネスを育てること
です。

I have spend 9years and 11month as employee.

A foreign business partner company gave me the trigger of independance.
The experience with them was very excited and speedy for me because I had only domestic business experience.
and I became able to use English,(still not so good.)

I'd like to began BtoB business if I would be business owner.
Actually , Consumer is behind BtoB and very important, I know.

I really want to make great service what not influenced by trend.
It will be more brilliant if I made it to fit consumer needs.

/Make life infrastructures better by the internet
/Grow the global business person and global BtoB service made in Japan
